YOUR CNA PROFILE

Bring your care experience into focus.

01

Record state registry status, training and renewal information for verification.

02
Work that fits

03
Safe, respectful care

Show how you handle transfers, changes in condition, resident rights and reporting.

About 10–15 minutes

For the live process, have your phone, government ID and CNA registry details ready.

A profile is not a job offer or clearance to work. Requirements depend on the state, employer and setting.

BEFORE YOU START

A clear next step.

Is a government ID the same as CNA certification?

No. Government ID verifies identity. CNA status and work eligibility require separate checks against the appropriate state registry and applicable requirements.

Can a new or returning CNA participate?

Yes. Choose the pathway that reflects your situation. Pending exams, renewals or registry listings go to review; completing this form does not authorize work.

Does my CNA credential transfer automatically?

Do not assume it does. The employer must confirm eligibility or the required transfer / reciprocity process for the intended work jurisdiction.

Does the skill check replace a competency evaluation?

No. It screens general care knowledge. Required state competency evaluations and employer-observed skills validation remain separate.

CNA prequalification workflow

  1. Contact + SMS OTP

First name, last name, email, phone and ZIP. Prefer SMS; allow email fallback and label only the chosen channel verified.

  2. Government ID

Careerpilot confirms identity. Failed or unclear checks go to retry or human review.

  3. CNA credentials & job fit

Capture state registry details, training / exam status, renewal information, paid-work recency, care experience and availability. All answers remain self-reported until checked.

  4. CNA skill check

Ten care scenarios with explanations. Flag safety-critical errors; do not automatically assign clinical clearance.

  5. Employer review

Verify official registry eligibility, required findings/restrictions checks, references, employer-required screening and practical skills before clearance.

Before live use: connect secure OTP, ID verification, applicant storage and authorized state registry checks; approve privacy/consent text and have a qualified CNA educator validate the assessment.
